Our Wesley Chapel team has openings with multiple licensed clinicians, same-day / next-day appointments available, and you see the same therapist every session.

Therapy Services Offered at the Wesley Chapel Office

We primarily practice evidence-based modalities: CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy), DBT (dialectical behavior therapy), EMDR (eye movement desensitization and reprocessing), IFS (internal family systems), and ERP (exposure and response prevention, for OCD).

If therapy alone is not enough and medication is worth considering, your therapist can coordinate directly with Anna Stouffer, PMHNP-BC, who sees psychiatric patients in the same building via our psychiatry service. Integrated care, one chart, no faxing.

What to Expect at Your First Therapy Visit

Intake. First session is 60–75 minutes. We go over what brought you in, relevant history, goals, and what has or has not worked in the past. No rehashing of old traumas on day one unless you want to.

Ongoing sessions. Individual sessions are 50 minutes. Couples and family sessions are 60. Most clients meet weekly to start; we adjust cadence as things stabilize.

Telehealth option. Many therapists offer a mix of in-person and telehealth; discuss during intake. See our Florida telehealth therapy page for details.
