Out-of-Network Reimbursement
If we aren't in-network with your plan, we provide a superbill after each visit - a detailed receipt you can submit to your insurer for reimbursement. Most PPO plans reimburse 50-80% of the allowed amount for out-of-network providers. Call the member services number on the back of your insurance card to check your out-of-network mental health benefits before your first visit.

How do I verify my insurance before my first visit?+
Call any of our offices or request a callback. Give us your insurance card details and we'll verify your benefits within one business day. You'll receive a written estimate of your expected out-of-pocket cost before your first appointment.
Do you accept insurance for therapy?+
Our licensed therapists accept select insurance plans. Call a care coordinator for current network details. For out-of-network plans, you pay our published rate and we provide a superbill - most PPO plans reimburse 50-80%.
Is ketamine therapy covered by insurance?+
Typically no, but you can check with your provider. Our 6-session induction series is $1,500, or $300 per single session. Call a care coordinator for payment options.
What's a superbill and how do I use it?+
A superbill is a detailed receipt that includes the provider's credentials, diagnosis codes, procedure codes, and the amount you paid. You submit it to your insurance company for out-of-network reimbursement. Most insurers accept superbills online through their member portal or by mail. Reimbursement typically takes 2-6 weeks.

Yes - we accept TRICARE and ChampVA for psychiatric services. We currently accept ChampVA for primary care and are working on TRICARE. We are proud to serve active-duty military, veterans, and their dependents.

Yes, we accept HSA and FSA.
What is your cancellation and refund policy?+
We require 24-hour cancellation notice. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee. For therapy series and testing packages, please contact us.
