Out-of-Network Reimbursement
If we aren't in-network with your plan, we provide a superbill after each visit - a detailed receipt you can submit to your insurer for reimbursement. Most PPO plans reimburse a portion of the allowed amount for out-of-network providers. Call the member services number on the back of your insurance card to check your out-of-network mental health benefits before your first visit.

How do I verify my insurance before my first visit?+
Call any of our offices or request a callback. Give us your insurance card details and we'll verify your benefits within one business day. You'll receive a written estimate of your expected out-of-pocket cost before your first appointment.
Do you accept insurance for therapy?+
Coverage for therapy varies by plan - see the matrix above or call a care coordinator for current network details. For out-of-network plans, you pay our published rate and we provide a superbill - many PPO plans reimburse a portion; your plan determines the amount.
Is ketamine therapy covered by insurance?+
Not typically; ketamine therapy is self-pay, and a superbill is provided on request. You can still check with your provider. Our induction series is offered as a bundled rate, or you can pay per single session. Call a care coordinator for payment options.
What's a superbill and how do I use it?+
A superbill is a detailed receipt that includes the provider's credentials, diagnosis codes, procedure codes, and the amount you paid. You submit it to your insurance company for out-of-network reimbursement. Most insurers accept superbills online through their member portal or by mail. Reimbursement typically takes 2-6 weeks.

Yes. We are in-network with TRICARE East and ChampVA for primary care with Dr. Saylor, and with TRICARE and ChampVA for psychiatry. For talk therapy we are in-network with ChampVA. Call a care coordinator to confirm your specific plan before your first session. We are proud to serve active-duty military, veterans, and their dependents.
Can I use my HSA or FSA?+

What is your cancellation and refund policy?+
We require 24-hour cancellation notice. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee. For therapy series and testing packages, please contact us.
